I photographed Muski as a newborn. She was so precious then and now! I love that I was able to take photos for her 1st Birthday.

She has the most gorgeous eyes and lashes. Definitely jealous!

She was so excited for her cupcakes!

Muski had a blast smashing some cupcakes! Can you tell?

They were ice cream cupcakes form Cold Stone Creamery. It was a little too cold for her.

Though she did keep eating until we took them away.

At the end we took some photos in her Halloween costume. Isn’t she the most adorable strawberry ever?!

I love photographing Matt. I first met him last November and he was itty, bitty! Well I was thrilled when his mom asked me to take his cake smash photos! He was such a ham for my camera.

I had to capture a few with his momma!

He really enjoyed his cake.One of my favorite things is to capture the little details so that you will always have them to remember how tiny their feet used to be. Kids just grow up way too fast.

Virginia Beach Cake Smash Photo Session | Skyden

Skyden’s mom contacted me to do his Cake Smash Session. We decided to go to Sandbridge beach for his session. Thankfully her husband was with us and carried the high chair down to the beach! Was so helpful and much easier on me. Since it is an old high chair it is pretty heavy

We first captured some photos in his cute little 1st Birthday outfit. Skyden was so easy going and sure did give me some adorable smiles!

It was so funny the first thing he did was pull on the ribbons and try to eat them. We ended up taking them off so he would concentrate on the cake itself.

My favorite photo from this session. Love the light, his big eyes, and the cake all over his sweet face!

Virginia Beach Cake Smash Photographer | Gavin

Little Gavin was turning a year old so his mom wanted to do a fun Cake Smash photo shoot. It was awesome. We both came up with some awesome ideas for the session. She got the letters to spell out ONE and he had so much fun checking out each letter.

How precious is he? I just love his curls!!

Hanging out with mom and dad. I just love these. You can tell he loves them!

Then it was cake eating time. He was a little hesitant at first but ending up digging in.

Daddy giving Gavin a little help. Then Gavin giving his Daddy a look saying, “You better get away from my cake”. Gavin’s mom made the cake. It looks so delicious! Even I wanted to dig in. Ha!

This face is hilarious and cracks me up every time I see it!!

The aftermath. Just so handsome. Love his eyes.

His sister is having a unicorn party for her fourth birthday party so we tried to grab some photos of her. She was having a rough day so it was a little difficult. I did manage to grab this one and I love it.

Gavin wasn’t too sure of the unicorn.
