I am so excited the Gabrielle is a big sister now. I took her photos each month for her first year, and I loved it. She is so photogenic. Renee just had her baby boy Gavin, that I will be photographing soon because he is here. Can’t wait to meet him and take his photos! I am sure he will be just as photogenic.

I was so excited when Cristal asked me to take her Maternity pictures! She was absolutely stunning! I loved so many of the pictures. It was really difficult to narrow it down. I can not wait to meet her little guy Tristan soon!

After taking photos down at the beach, we stopped at the lily pond and took a few photos. Love the colors and the textures from the trees.

I had such an awesome time with the V family back in August. The weather was gorgeous and their little guy did great in front of the camera. Since then I have photographed their new little one Clayton. I will be sharing those on here soon! I am doing a bit of blog catch up today with the help of Blog Stomp. If you don’t know what it is make sure you check it out! So far I love it and it should make thing much easier.

The same day I did Maddie’s photos, I also did a maternity shoot. The weather was gorgeous, thankfully. It was a little warm but there was a nice breeze blowing, so it wasn’t too bad. We walked around downtown and found some cute places for photos then we went over by the water. Since it was a Sunday there weren’t a lot of people around so it was the perfect day to take photos.

A few weeks ago Dustin, Natalie and I got together for a special announcement. I wanted to share a few of my other favorites from this session. They are such a sweet couple and are going to make wonderful parents. Hopefully I will get to take their baby’s photos one day!

We laughed over this one. I was trying to tell them how to pose and just said out loud, “pretend like you are dancing”. We ended up with this and I just love it!

Pregnancy Announcement with Natalie & Dustin

Natalie & Dustin are expecting their first baby in January. They said they wanted a creative way to announce it. We did a fun Pregnancy Announcement with balloons that said Expected to POP!! I am sooo ecstatic for them. If anyone deserves this, it is them. I will be sharing more from their shoot in the next week but I had to share this.

Pregnancy Announcement

Natalie is due with their first child January 2014. Natalie and Dustin are such a sweet, loving couple.

Natalie is a Hodgkin’s Lymphoma survivor and they have been trying and praying for a baby for a long time! I am so excited that I got to help them announce their much wanted pregnancy!! Thanks for letting me share the fun with you guys.

Chesapeake VA Maternity Photographer | Michelle + Jack

I had so much fun with Michelle & Jack today. They were such an easy going couple and will make excellent parents. The day was perfectly gorgeous. I was worried this morning because it was so cloudy out but the sun decided to peek out. Little Miss Caitlin Mae is already so loved. Michelle was just glowing. Her makeup, nails and hair looked amazing. She is so tiny and adorable for 34 weeks! I had a really hard time narrowing down photos to share in this sneak peek. Hope you love them Michelle & Jack!

Sean and Kristen were such great models for me. I had an idea in for maternity/couples photos. They really took my idea and made it come alive.

Such a sweet shot. Daddy loves his little Liam so much already.

Kristen looked amazing and was really glowing!

Sean & Kristen were naturals in front of the camera.

Even though Sean was not feeling good that day you couldn’t tell by the photos.
